Question: Error when Printing
Zipped file contains a pdf that caused the error

When generating a batch of letters I get the following mistake when I want to print them 'The Document Could not print' (see attached)
I tracked this down to the fact that the header of a template was changed from Inches to Cm.

Complex issue. Probably an Adobe bug. We will get in contact with adobe. You found the workaround with bringing it back to inches. Please let us know if you experience this more often. You can always generate the letters again (as you probably did). We will keep you informed about the progress (max 2007-740)

Why am I unable to export dynamic reports?

This is due to an option in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6,7 and 8. To fix this enable the following options in the advanced tab of IE options. Go to: Tools-->Internet Options-->Advanced. Here make sure that the field with "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" is checked.

Bij openstaande facturen zijn er drie kleurcoderingen in gebruik: | groen | nog niet vervallen | | geel | 0-30 dgn vervallen | | rood | >30 dgn vervallen |
De tekst van de factuurgegevens is rood indien de issue die op de factuur geplaatst is, vervallen is.

De grootte en frequentie is afhankelijk van het gebruik, gezien het aantal acties en type acties dat u uitvoert. Een gemiddelde bevraging van de applicatie zal ongeveer 500KB zijn.

Hoe gaat de applicatie om wanneer gebruikers gelijktijdig in een record werken (concurrency)?

Concurrency zaken worden op database niveau behandeld. Wanneer een gebruiker data aanpast zal de SQL Server een slot plaatsen op betreffende data zodat andere gebruikers deze data (tijdelijk) niet kunnen wijzigen. Hierdoor wordt de integriteit van de data gewaarborgd.

Is er een situatie denkbaar waarbij de applicatie niet of slecht gebruikt kan worden?

Importeren en brieven genereren zijn twee intensieve taken voor de database. Gebruikers kunnen tijdens deze processen een slechte performance ervaren. Daarom adviseren we bij grote volumes om deze processen in de nacht te agenderen, wanneer er minimaal gebruik wordt gemaakt van de database.

In welke programmeertaal is de applicatie opgebouwd?

We hebben gekozen voor C# samen met Visual Studio 2005 als onze voornaamste programmeertaal. Dit is voornamelijk omdat C# veel voordelen biedt boven bijvoorbeeld Java. Het is een van de weinige object georienteerde programmeertalen die goed en veel worden ondersteund in andere internet applicaties. Daarnaast maakt C# gebruik van een .NET Framework. Voor onze web services maken we gebruik van .NET Framework 3.5 WCF zodat we snel en eendoudig kunnen doorontwikkelen. Vanwege de beschikbaarheid hebben we gekozen voor web (HTTP/HTTPS) technologiën. Zo kan een drukke international manager zijn DSO’s overal en altijd raadpegen waar internet beschikbaar is, zonder VPN oplossing. Daarnaast is het bieden van support eenvoudig, aangezien iedereen op dezelfde versie werkt.

De To-Do-list geeft de foutmelding "You don’t have rights to process profile actions".

Dit heeft te maken met een instelling van de rechten van de gebruiker. Vraag uw systeembeheerder het recht To-Do Process Profile Actions toe te wijzen.
